Hardy Halls APFS
Hardy is a Chartered Financial Planner with over 27 years in the financial services profession.
Much of Hardy’s work is referred from professional firms which reflect his expertise in the areas of pensions and divorce, trustee investment, inheritance tax planning, long-term care planning, investment planning and life protection.
Hardy understands the importance of addressing some of the practical issues associated with any financial settlement. This can be particularly relevant where individuals have never had to deal with the finances before! Where appropriate, Hardy has found incorporating cash flow forecasting (sometimes called Lifestyle Planning) can be very helpful when considering a potential settlement. This can give an indication of the likely financial position in the future and incorporate alternative scenarios to try and meet with clients objectives.
The objective for all concerned is to achieve the best possible outcome for clients by complementing the legal process and putting some substance behind the numbers. It can also be helpful having someone to turn to once the legal process has been finalised to deal with financial planning matters.
